As the founder of HeartwareAI, they have developed empathetic chatbots that enhance communication between AI and users. Previously, Deborah held various managerial roles in the hospitality sector, including an Executive Meeting Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Assistant Director of Catering at Hilton. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Affairs with a focus on International Relations from American University and completed a Professional Certificate in Event Management from The George Washington University.
