Alysha O'Brien

Alysha O'Brien is currently the People and Culture Director at Kwetta, where they have also served as an Executive Assistant and People and Culture Lead. With prior experience as an Office Manager at Kwetta, Alysha has developed a strong operational foundation through roles such as Administrative Assistant at Freenergy Solar Solutions and Ravensdown. They began their career at Countdown Supermarkets, advancing from Checkout Operator to Checkout Supervisor and Online Shopper. Alysha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the Eastern Institute of Technology, where they also earned a Diploma in Applied Business.
