Andrew Hall is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as the Lead Mechanical Designer at Red Phase. With extensive experience in product management, mechanical design, and project management, Andrew has worked on diverse projects globally, including initiatives in the post-harvest industry and industrial robotics. Previously, Andrew held several roles at CR Automation, contributing to the growth of a new mechatronics business stream and leading projects that involved automation and materials handling. Andrew began their career at AXO Shredders and has also worked for Compac and Fruit Handling Systems, focusing on custom machine design and client solutions.
