Jonathan Nieves has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to 2017. Jonathan started their career in 2003 as a United States Soldier in the Army National Guard, where they participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Sustaining Freedom. Jonathan served as a Sergeant and was responsible for overseeing secure and unsecured systems and radio communications for a Battalion-sized element.

In 2010, Jonathan worked as a Bank Teller at Astoria Federal Savings until 2013.

From 2013 to 2017, Jonathan worked at Sharp Decisions in various Quality Assurance Analyst roles. Jonathan tested multiple systems, including eBis, a web-based program for baseball operations, and ODM, an internal system at Freddie Mac. Jonathan also created test plans, test strategies, and test case templates, and participated in test case creation and reviews. Jonathan developed automated reporting documents and performed regression testing using various tools.

Jonathan joined KWI in 2016 and worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst before being promoted to Senior Quality Assurance Lead in 2017. In these roles, they effectively led a diverse team of onshore and offshore resources, coordinated testing efforts across multiple projects, introduced and implemented new testing methodologies, and developed detailed test plans and cases.

Jonathan Nieves received a Bachelor's Degree in Game Design from Full Sail University in 2015. Prior to that, they studied Graphic Design at Briarcliffe College from 2008 to 2009. In addition, they obtained certifications in "Foundations of Programming: Fundamentals" and "HTML Essential Training" from Lynda.com in August 2016.
