Matt Roman

Matt Roman is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at KWI and a Techstars Mentor, where support is provided to emerging tech founders. With a wealth of experience, Roman previously held the role of CTO at Bowery Valuation, leading technical strategy and effectively managing team downsizings while maintaining morale and productivity. Prior roles include Director of Engineering at Henry Schein One, where a significant migration project was executed, and Director of Engineering at Web.com, contributing to the award-winning Lighthouse product. Roman co-founded Jamplify, a data intelligence platform, and played a pivotal role in creating networking opportunities for software engineers through Code Strong Island. Previous experience also includes vice president of engineering at Didit.com and AVP at Flextrade, highlighting a robust career in technology leadership.
