Eric Hill

Eric Hill is the Chief Executive Officer of Kwik Lok Corporation, a role they have held since 2024. They previously served as Vice President and General Manager at Graphic Packaging International, LLC from 2020 to 2022, with full sales and P&L responsibility for five folding carton plants. Earlier, they were General Manager at Graphic Packaging International from 2011 to 2014, with plant P&L, operations, product development and sales responsibilities, and they also held the role of Regional Director of Operations overseeing five folding carton and one flexible packaging plant with $300 million in sales. At Procter & Gamble, they served as Department Manager from 2000 to 2005 and Operations Manager from 2005 to 2009, overseeing tissue and towel paper machines, utilities, and related departments. They earned a Master of Science in Paper Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology (1994–1996) and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Western Washington University (1988–1993).
