The company was founded in 1987 as a joint venture between Truflex/ Pang Rubber USA and members of the TVS family. Today, it is spearheaded by 
Mr. Srinath Rajam of the internationally renowned USD 1.75 Bn. TVS Mobility Group. Incorporated with a focus on repair materials for tire and tube products, it later forayed into manufacturing premium glove products in 1994. In 2020, the company also set up a heavy textiles division to cater to the defense industry. 

Kwik Patch’s manufacturing is spread across four world-class manufacturing centers in India. The company has a global footprint in over 60 countries and is the OE manufacturer for more than 30 global brands.
