Stephen Toal

Stephen Toal is an experienced professional in operational support and resource planning, currently serving as the Operational Support Manager at Kwik-Fit since January 2014. Prior to this role, Stephen worked as a Resource Planning Manager at Serco from 2004 to 2013, where responsibilities included managing the delivery of service and KPIs for significant contracts in the public sector, along with supervising a team of planners and analysts.
