Eric Ornek is an experienced HR Operations and Services Manager with a strong background in implementing HR processes, tools, and systems for international organizations. They have worked with various companies, including Honeywell, where they designed and standardized HR services across multiple European countries, and Nestlé, where they held the role of HR Operations Manager. Currently, Eric is serving as Human Resources Services Manager at Kwintes, leveraging their extensive knowledge in change management, HRIS, and process optimization. Eric is pursuing a degree in Psychology at Universiteit Utrecht while also attending Zeldenrust college.
