Tom Bourez

Tom Bourez, MBA, is a director committed to building bridges for a sustainable society. With a human-centered approach and strategic insight, they connect employees, clients, and stakeholders to foster collaboration that drives sustainable impact. Tom has held leadership roles in various organizations, including as a Senior Consultant at AMPC International Health Consultants and as a Community Programmes Director at CCBRT. Currently, they serve as a member of the Board of Vereniging Beter Wonen, contributing to the development of policies and processes that support community housing initiatives. Tom holds a Master of Business Administration in Leadership and Sustainability from the University of Cumbria.
