Constantin Schaefer has extensive experience at KWS Group since April 2013, currently serving as Lead R&D Strategy & Controlling and previously holding positions such as Manager Licensing & Strategic Partners, Operations and Licensing Manager BU Corn & Oilcrops Americas, and Business Manager BU Corn & Oilcrops Americas. In these roles, Constantin has led strategic collaborations, managed GM trait licensing, contributed to M&A transactions, overseen corn licensing in Chile, and participated in regional leadership activities in South America. Prior to KWS, Constantin gained valuable experience as an intern and student assistant in various organizations, including the German Bundestag and the Federal Foreign Office. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Sciences from The University of Göttingen.
