Jill Kipper

Jill Kipper is currently an HR Business Partner in Top Management at KWS Group and has over 14 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, and change management. Jill leads a cross-divisional initiative at Bayer to implement the One Bayer new ways of working approach, fostering agile mindsets and practices within the organization. Previously, Jill held various roles at Bayer, including Change Management and Organizational Development Consultant, where expertise in change management was demonstrated through end-to-end project leadership. Jill also contributed to community engagement while at the Pittsburgh Airport Area Chamber, building connections between public and private sectors. Jill holds a Change Advanced Program certificate from Hult Ashridge and is committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
