Max W.

Max W. has a diverse work experience, primarily in the IT field. Max started their career as a Software Engineer at KWS Group in 2011, where they worked on developing breeding applications and inventory management systems. Max also contributed to the development of a handheld application used worldwide for inventory management activities. From 2018 to 2021, Max held roles as a Functional Process Expert and Project Manager at KWS Group. Max was involved in transforming and standardizing service center structures, defining service delivery units, and successfully transitioning multiple legal entities within Europe and the Middle East. Max also served as the Liaison Manager SAP Brazil, where they coordinated the rollout of the ERP system and corresponding applications for KWS Brazil. Prior to KWS Group, Max worked as a Temporary Worker at Mecklenburgische Versicherung from 2010 to 2012.

Max W. holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Process (Re)engineering from Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft (FHDW), which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in System Engineering from the same institution, studying from 2011 to 2014.
