Paul Modrach serves as the Team Lead for Tender Management at InstaFreight, overseeing the central tender management team and driving solutions engineering and pricing for large customers. Responsibilities include managing customer freight procurement projects and collaborating with BI and tech teams on pricing algorithms and network visualizations. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Tender Manager at 4flow, where strategic network planning and transport optimization initiatives resulted in significant annual savings for clients in the Automotive industry. Paul also has experience as a Supply Chain Engineer and an Industrial Engineering Intern with a focus on logistics planning. Education includes a degree in Industrial Engineering from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg and further studies at Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
