Gareth Lavery

Gareth Lavery started their work experience in 2016 as a Shift Supervisor at SPAR UK, where they worked until 2017. In the same year, they joined First Derivatives as a Data Scientist. In 2017, they also started working at KX as a kdb+ Developer and was later promoted to Senior kdb+ Developer in 2023.

Gareth Lavery completed their secondary education at St. Patrick's Grammar School, Armagh from 2005 to 2012, where they obtained their A Levels. Gareth then went on to pursue a degree in Mathematics at Queen's University Belfast from 2012 to 2017, earning a Master in Science (MSci). In 2015, Gareth also participated in the Study USA Programme, organized by the British Council, at The University of Tulsa, focusing on Business, General.
