Pathik Shah has over 17 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Pathik is currently working as a Senior Technical Recruiter at KX, where they develop and executes innovative recruiting strategies to attract top IT talent. Prior to this, Pathik worked at Insight as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, leading a proactive recruitment service for the business and managing a portfolio of vacancies. Pathik also has experience as a Senior Recruitment Partner at BPS World, an IT Recruitment Consultant at GreatFind Recruitment, a Technical Recruiter at Rangam Consultants Inc., and an In-House Technical Recruiter at Exertion HR Solutions Pvt Ltd. Pathik's earlier roles include an Inventory Manager at BIPRA LIMITED and a Technical Recruiter at SKYNET PLACEMENTS. Throughout their career, Pathik has demonstrated expertise in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates, as well as developing recruitment strategies and building relationships with stakeholders.

Pathik Shah attended IPCL School from 1995 to 2005, where they completed their high school education with a focus on Business/Commerce. Pathik then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Finance at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda from 2006 to 2010. In 2011, Pathik enrolled at Kaplan International College London to study Accounting, completing their ACCA qualification in 2014. During the same period, they also attended Harrow College to earn an ATHE degree in Leadership management in 2014.
