Paul Abbott

Paul Abbott has extensive experience in the field of recruiting and talent acquisition. Paul'smost recent role was as the Chief Technical Recruiter at KX, starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Insight as a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Consultant EMEA from September 2021 to April 2022. Before their role at Insight, Paul was the Director of Recruiting at Bullion Recruitment from August 2020 to September 2021. Paul also worked at Insight as a Technical Recruitment Manager from January 2018 to March 2020. Before joining Insight, Paul served as the Technical Recruiting Manager at GreatFind Recruitment from August 2017 to January 2018, where they provided a consultative and personalized service to candidates and clients. Prior to that, they were self-employed as an IT Channel Consultant from August 2015 to July 2017. Paul'scareer in recruiting began at Compucover Insurance, where they worked as an IT Channel Manager from June 2008 to August 2015.

Paul Abbott attended Ashlawn School from 1999 to 2001 where they obtained 10 GCSE's. Paul then went on to UHI from 2001 to 2004, studying Business and Information Technology. In addition to their formal education, Paul Abbott also earned certifications in "Selling Through Distribution and Channel Partners" from TACK International in September 2015, and in "Selling for Success" from the National Skills Academy for Financial Services in October 2014.
