Law firms are under more pressure than ever to respond faster, onboard clients efficiently, and meet compliance obligations without stretching their teams.

Kyanite was founded by lawyers who experienced that pressure first-hand. When they couldn't find technology that genuinely solved it, they built their own.

After two years of development, we launched Karli: an AI-powered digital legal assistant purpose-built for UK law firms. Karli transforms three critical stages of the client journey: capturing and triaging enquiries in real time, automating client onboarding, and conducting initial risk assessments with consistent, compliant scoring.

Fee earners spend less time on admin. Firms miss fewer opportunities. Compliance becomes a process, not a pressure point.

We work with small to mid-size UK law firms ready to modernise the business of law without growing headcount.
