Kyle McDowell Inc. was founded by former Corporate America senior executive turned author, speaker, and leadership coach, Kyle McDowell.

After nearly three decades of leading organizations with tens of thousands of team members and P/L responsibility in the billions, Kyle founded the firm because of an unwavering belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive in their work.

His maniacal commitment to eliminating the toxicity found in so many corporate environments compelled Kyle to write Begin With WE (out in August 2022). His first book examines the root causes of dysfunction in business, highlights the plague of a “me-oriented” paradigm, and provides the remedy with his framework, The 10 WEs - ten guiding principles that serve as the cornerstone of Kyle’s leadership philosophy and establish the foundation required for a Culture of Excellence.

Kyle’s inside-out approach cultivates courageous, “WE-oriented” leaders who recognize the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

Contact Kyle and his team for speaking engagements, executive coaching, leadership training and development and cultural transformation how-to.
