Rita Lin

Rita Lin, M.S., RAC, is a technical leader passionate about global health with experience in both government and the medical device industry. Currently, Rita serves as a Faculty Member for the Human Factors course at AAMI and as the Director of Human Factors Engineering at Kymanox. Rita's expertise lies in U.S. quality system regulations, human factors/usability engineering, plastic parts design, and project management, backed by an engineering degree from one of the top biomedical programs in the U.S. Previously, Rita worked extensively in roles that emphasized a results-driven approach to advancing medical technologies.
