Hussein E. is a highly experienced antenna engineer with a robust background in electromagnetic and acoustic wave propagation. Currently serving as a Senior Antenna Engineer at SpaceX since May 2022 and as a Staff Antenna Engineer at Kymeta Corporation since October 2019, Hussein focuses on GEO/LEO mobile user terminals and holographic beam forming technology. Previous roles include Postdoctoral Fellow positions at the Advanced Science Research Center, GC/CUNY, and EPFL, where expertise in periodic structures and the design of miniaturized antennas was developed. Additionally, a Visiting Research Scholar at The University of Texas at Austin contributed to research on near-zero index acoustic metamaterials.
