Matthew Sieber

Matthew Sieber currently serves as the Director of DoD Programs and Requirements at Kymeta Corporation since July 2021. Previous experience includes a role as Colonel Amphibious and Training at the Deployable Joint Force Headquarters from July 2017 to November 2020, where Matthew led the integration of Australia's amphibious warfare capability. Additional positions held include Deputy Director at Capability Development Directorate, Director at MAGTF Integration Division, and Director at Command and Control Integration Division, focusing on capability investment and management within the Marine Corps. Matthew is a graduate of the U.S. Army War College with a Master’s Degree in Strategic Studies and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
