Raphaëlle Baujet began their work experience in 2015 as a Stagiaire Ressources humaines at Grand Hotel de Bordeaux & Spa. From there, they worked as an Employée service restauration at Preluna Hotel & Spa in 2016 and as a Management trainee front office at Mercure Resort Sanur in 2017. In 2019, they joined Hotel Plaza Athénée Paris as a Ressources humaines. Currently, they are employed as a Cheffe de projet Office Design at Kymono, where they focus on bringing corporate culture to life through customized clothes, objects, spaces, and consulting services.
Raphaëlle Baujet's education history includes several degrees and areas of study. In 2015, they obtained a Baccalauréat in Economique et social from Lycée privé Assomption Ste Clotilde. Raphaëlle then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management at both Ecole de Savignac and Centro Superior de Hostelería de Galicia (EN: CSHG- Hotel Business School) from 2015 to 2018. In 2017, they also attended the University of Brighton, where they earned another Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Gestion de complexes hôteliers at Ecole de Savignac from 2018 to 2020. Most recently, in 2021, they completed a program in Architecture et décoration d’intérieur at Centre Européen de Formation.
