Caroline Naidoo is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as the Managing Director at KYN since March 2019, Caroline has previously held leadership roles including Divisional Director for the South of England at Barchester Healthcare and Chief Operating Officer at Priory Group. Caroline also worked as Operations Director at Four Seasons Health Care. Caroline Naidoo holds a degree in Nursing and Midwifery from the University of Surrey, completed in 2000.
