Benjamin Smith

Benjamin Smith is currently the Associate Director, Customer Partner at Kyndryl, where they lead infrastructure services for a Financial Services client. They manage metrics performance and growth on their contract while overseeing compliance and due diligence. Previously, Benjamin gained experience in business development and marketing roles, including positions at IBM, ICON International Communications, and Reflection Marketing. They hold a Master's degree in Diplomacy and Foreign Policy and a Bachelor's degree in History and Politics, both from Lancaster University. In addition to their professional work, Benjamin contributes as the Director of Memberships for Aston Villa Supporters Trust.
