Chris Eigbrett

Chris Eigbrett is an Associate Director at Kyndryl, where they currently oversee service delivery operations. Previously, Chris held various leadership roles, including Director of Service Delivery at Skytap and Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at Red Box, where they managed global teams and ensured compliance with SLAs and KPIs. Chris also operated as an EHS Specialist and business owner focused on GHS compliance from 2017 to 2019. They began their career at IBM, progressing through roles that included iSeries System Administrator and Delivery Project Executive, where they honed skills in project management and service delivery. Chris earned an AAS in Management of Information Systems from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York College at Brockport.
