Dan H.

Dan H. is currently the Associate Director of Copyrights & Transactions at Kyndryl, Inc., where they consult on intellectual property matters and manage the IP Law intern program. They previously served as an IP Law Attorney at IBM and were the founding President of the Oregon IP Alliance. Dan has also held positions as an Adjunct Professor at Lewis & Clark Law School and a Judicial Clerk for the Clackamas County Circuit Court. Additionally, Dan is the founder of The IP Gnome, LLC, which offers legal services in business strategy and intellectual property. They were recognized as a Fellow by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity for 2024.
