Previously, David worked at IBM as the Client Experience Advisor and held various roles at Ameriprise, Mitea a.s, The Rathskeller, and Walker Information, where they excelled in operations management, business development, and customer experience consulting. David has a passion for surpassing financial and service objectives, demonstrated by a successful track record in revenue growth and process improvement. They hold a Bachelor’s in Communications and an Associate's in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University, as well as a BS in Business Information Systems from Indiana Wesleyan University.
