David Quartly

David Quartly is an experienced professional specializing in IT infrastructure transformation. Currently serving as the Infrastructure Transformation Programme Director at Kyndryl since September 2021, David delivers large-scale transformation programmes across various technology platforms and industry sectors. Prior experience at IBM included roles as Transition and Transformation Programme Director, where David managed outsourcing programmes across multiple sectors, and leadership of senior programme management professionals. Earlier, David held the position of Vice President - Programme Manager at JPMorgan Chase, focusing on project and programme management across diverse technology platforms.
