Eric Gallay has extensive experience in database administration and IT service delivery. They began their career as an Oracle database administrator at Caisse d'Epargne Rhone Alpes from 1988 to 2002, followed by a significant tenure at IBM from 2004 to 2021, where they held various roles including Service Delivery Manager. Currently, Eric serves as a Service Delivery Manager at Kyndryl and oversees IT operations for Michelin. Eric holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in software engineering from Cnam and an DUT in computer science from IUT de Nantes, in addition to pursuing a Baccalauréat at Lycée Jean Hyppolite Jonzac.
