Eunice Yang

Eunice Yang serves as the Director and Counsel for Securities and Corporate Governance at Kyndryl since August 2023. Previously, Eunice held the position of Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at The New York Times Company from 2020 to 2022 and served as Senior Counsel for Corporate Governance at PepsiCo from 2014 to 2020. Eunice's extensive experience includes providing counsel on corporate governance matters, managing Board and Committee assessments, leading shareholder engagement activities, and overseeing SEC filings at multiple organizations. Eunice started professional endeavors as an Associate at White & Case LLP, advising public companies on securities law compliance and corporate governance. Academically, Eunice holds a Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
