Gin Lu

Gin Lu is a seasoned professional in user experience design, currently serving as Lead, UX Design at Kyndryl since November 2025. Prior experience includes significant roles at Vertis, where Gin held positions as UX Research & Strategy Lead, User Experience Lead, and UI/UX Researcher and Designer from October 2022 to October 2025. Additional experience encompasses a Project Lead role at User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd in Singapore, along with various positions such as UX Design Intern and User Experience Immersive Graduate. Earlier career stages involved operational roles at Herbalife Nutrition, Informa Markets, SingEx Venues Pte Ltd, and Showmakers (S) Pte Ltd. Gin's educational background includes ongoing studies for a BSc in Psychology at Singapore University of Social Sciences and a diploma in Music and Audio Technology from Singapore Polytechnic.
