Harm Kuiper

Harm Kuiper is an experienced professional in the field of security consulting and cyber strategy, currently serving as Associate Director of Security Consulting at Kyndryl since February 2025, with a focus on advancing IT infrastructure in the National Security sector. Previously, Harm held the position of Senior Manager in Cyber Strategy at Deloitte from May 2019 to February 2025, where notable contributions included leading advisory projects and developing security transformation roadmaps for major financial institutions. Harm's earlier experience also includes roles at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as a Security Consultant, where the emphasis was on Fraud Management, and program management positions at Heineken and Philips, supporting significant IT transformation initiatives. Harm holds an MSc in General Management from Nyenrode Business University and bachelor's degrees in International Business Management from the University of the West of Scotland and Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
