John Shaw

John Shaw is a Project Executive at Kyndryl, where they lead the transformation and transition to a new SAP-based Incentive Planning application. Previously, John held various finance executive roles at IBM, including World Wide Controller of Semiconductor Operations, where they gained extensive experience in IP licensing and business development. John completed significant projects, such as the Field Sales transformation in the US, and served as the Vice President of Finance for Sales and Distribution for the US. They hold an MBA in International Finance from New York University and a BA in Economics from Manhattanville College.
