Keith Chartrand

Keith Chartrand is an accomplished professional currently serving as Associate Director of Delivery Management at Kyndryl since November 2021. In this role, Keith manages a significant team responsible for key aspects of project execution, including Release Management, Service Management, Software Development Support, and Application Support and Delivery Services. Additionally, Keith leads initiatives focused on DEVOPS, legacy migrations, and platform automation to improve operational efficiency for Canadian Securities Industry clients. Prior to joining Kyndryl, Keith amassed over 23 years of experience at IBM, where roles included Manager of Delivery Enablement Services, Manager of Application Services Deployment and Support, Information Technology Architect, and Software Development Team Lead, demonstrating a strong background in application development and systems architecture for the securities industry. Education was pursued at CSI Global Education Inc. between 2002 and 2003.
