Mark Whitaker is a retired Data Architect with extensive experience in data integration and system analysis. They served as a Senior Database Architect at Lockheed Martin from 1997 to 2008, where they directed the reengineering of the EPA Air Quality System and developed critical data migration software. They continued their career at the Environmental Protection Agency from 2008 to 2016 as a System Software Analyst Senior Staff, managing multiple task orders and enhancing systems for air quality and criminal case reporting. Mark also worked as a Data Specialist for IBM from 2018 to 2021, focusing on enterprise data consolidation. Currently, they serve as Associate Director of Data Architecture at Kyndryl. Mark obtained their education from Babson College, graduating in 1979.
