Martin Epple

Martin Epple is currently a Senior Lead HR Business Partner at Kyndryl, focusing on HR strategies and programs for various business units in Germany. Between 2017 and 2022, they worked as an HR Business Development Consultant, where they managed employee transitions during mergers and acquisitions, notably overseeing the transfer of approximately 1,300 employees during the IBM to Kyndryl spin-off. Prior to that, Martin held multiple HR positions within IBM Global Technology Services, influencing HR strategies and leading career development initiatives across North America, Europe, and Japan. They hold a degree in Social Sciences from the University of Tübingen, graduating as Diplom-Pädagoge with a focus on adult and continuing education.
