Michael Reed is currently the North America Associate Director of Mainframe Automation at Kyndryl, where they also lead the North America Automation Team. Since 2001, Michael has served as a Subject Matter Expert in System Automation and supports technologies including Broadcom OPS/MVS, BMC Mainview AutoOperator, BMC Control-O, and IBM AFOperator. Additionally, Michael has held the position of North America Automation Team Lead at IBM since 2001.
