Michael Westerheim

Michael Westerheim is a seasoned consultant specializing in data center challenges with over 20 years of experience in the industry. They began their career by building a computer lab for a high school in Guyana while working in environmental affairs, which led them into data center operations. Michael has held various leadership roles, including Director of Global Data Center Services at Unisys, where they managed a global team and oversaw significant projects. Currently, they serve as an Associate Director at Kyndryl and Chief Operating Officer at Success Starts With You, focusing on data center strategy and optimization. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
