Mona Doyle

Mona Doyle is a highly experienced Senior HR Professional and CIPD Associate currently serving as the Associate Director of HR Mergers & Acquisitions at Kyndryl. With expertise in IT outsourcing, acquisitions, mergers, repatriations, and divestitures, Mona has developed and managed HR solutions for both private and public sector clients. Their previous roles include HR Manager for EMEA at Mercator Software, HR Executive at The Forum Corporation, and various positions at IBM, where they specialized in executive recruitment and HR consulting. Mona holds a BSc with First Class Honours in Social Science from The Open University and is an Associate Member of the CIPD.
