Sathiskumar Mohan has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and backup solutions, having worked with leading organizations such as Dell EMC, Capgemini, HCL Technologies, CGI, and Hypertech Computer Solutions. From August 2016 to August 2023, Sathiskumar served at Dell EMC as an EMC Networker and was responsible for managing backup and recovery solutions, including hardware maintenance and tape library management. Previous roles included serving as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini and as a Senior Specialist at HCL Technologies, where Sathiskumar managed large-scale backup servers and clients across multiple regions. Early career experiences included IT consulting and service engineering focused on installations and configurations of backup systems. Currently, Sathiskumar is employed as a Storage and Backup Engineer at Kyndryl. Sathiskumar holds a Diploma in Information Technology from Muthayammal Polytechnic College.
