Simone Brondi

Simone Brondi has extensive experience in IT management and project leadership, having held various roles since 1986. Early career included work as an IT Systems Analyst at Itautec Componentes S.A. and progressed to becoming an IT Project Manager at Flextronics, where responsibilities included overseeing IT services during acquisitions. At IBM, Simone served as a Workforce Management Brazil Lead and Senior Information Technology Business Analyst, focusing on resource management and process improvements. Currently, Simone works at Kyndryl as a Project Manager and Program Lead. Educational background includes a Postgraduate Degree in Business Management from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado and a degree in Systems Analysis from PUCCAMP.
