Simran Heer

Simran Heer currently serves as the ESG Lead at Kyndryl and as an Event Coordinator for Women & Climate. Previously, Simran participated as a Pitch Competitor for UNITE 2030 during UN Global Goals Week, where Simran's team won 1st place for a solution focused on SDG 12. Simran's past roles include Data Strategist at SustainChain™ and operations management at Microsoft, where significant contributions included the co-launch of a data initiative and leading complex deal risk management. Simran has also held leadership positions, such as President of the Eller Unity Board at the University of Arizona, and has extensive experience in social media strategy and marketing. Simran holds a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.
