Skip Jahn

Skip Jahn currently serves as Director of Kyndryl Services Excellence at Kyndryl since September 2021. Previously, Skip held the position of Director of Strategic Outsourcing Growth Initiatives at IBM Global Services from January 2009 to November 2021, where responsibilities included directing strategic programs to enhance client satisfaction, increase revenue, and prevent contract erosion for IBM Strategic Outsourcing accounts. Skip's career at IBM began in January 1995, where roles included Director of Global Process Services and Director of Global Application Delivery, managing key projects in application development and process integration. Additionally, as Program Director in the Office of the IBM CIO, Skip played a critical role in transitioning IBM's infrastructure towards network-based computing. Skip holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
