Stuart McCaa

Stuart McCaa is currently the Associate Director of Procurement Strategic Sourcing at Kyndryl, having held this position since 2021. Previously, they contributed to IBM in various roles from 1999 to 2005, including as a Procurement Warranty lead and UKI Procurement Manager, where they managed supplier relations and drove significant cost reductions. Stuart was recognized as Innovations Coach of the Year in 2005 while at IBM for their work with the procurement function. They earned a BSc Degree with distinction in Total Quality Management/Non Destructive Testing from the University of Paisley, where they also received the Court Medal for academic excellence.
