Tim Coates is an accomplished marketing leader with extensive experience in the technology and public sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Solution Marketing at Kyndryl since May 2021, Tim leads marketing efforts for Financial Services in the US. Previously, Tim held several roles at IBM from September 2013 to May 2021, including Team Leader for Technology Services Marketing and Portfolio Marketing Leader, focusing on developing strategies for various industries. Tim's background also includes roles in innovation and entrepreneurship, such as Managing Director at the Connecticut Technology Council and Co-Founder of 21inc. In academia, Tim has served as an adjunct professor in economics and public policy. Tim holds a Master's in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with First Class Honours from St. Thomas University.
