Winnie Chen

Winnie Chen is a Senior Team Lead in Payroll at Kyndryl, where they are currently leading payroll operations. Before this role, Winnie served as a Team Lead for Payroll and Offboarding at IBM from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, Winnie managed payroll and benefits at Pier 1 from 2015 to 2020, progressing from an Administrator to a Manager in the field. Winnie is also pursuing degrees in Accounting and Payroll & Human Resources Management at Seneca College, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Urban Planning at the University of Toronto.
