Since then, Gavin has gained experience in various engineering roles, starting from their position as a Research Assistant at the University of Mississippi. Gavin has since worked in companies like Packaging Corporation of America, NECI, Resilience, and currently at KYNOTA as a Senior Systems Engineer. Gavin's roles have ranged from Process Engineer to Stock Prep. Superintendent, Automation Engineer, and System Engineer. Gavin has a diverse skill set and a proven track record in the engineering field.
