Wayne Foley

Wayne Foley is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various manufacturing and technology companies. Currently serving as President of Kyntronics since 2012, Wayne has also held the positions of President & CEO at both Midwest Precision Holdings Inc. and Midwest Precision LLC from 2010 to 2019, focusing on motion control products and machining exotic materials. Prior experience includes Managing Director at Lee Capital Acquisition LLC, where Wayne led deal origination and due diligence, and President of the Cleveland Motion Controls Division at ITT Industries. Wayne's career began at Beta Tech Inc., where significant contributions included developing successful new products. Wayne holds a dual degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University.
