Founded in 1987, Kyoto Journal is an award-winning, non-profit, all-volunteer publisher specializing in the cultures of Japan and Asia. Our books include the viral Small Buildings of Kyoto by John Einarsen, and the 100th issue of our quarterly magazine will be released in late spring 2021.
